Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Refund Details:
- Full purchase price will be refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

To Initiate a Return:
1. Email customer service at team@dailygrit.co with your order number and reason for return
2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to the provided return address
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number

Please Note:
- Items received that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
- Sale or clearance items may be subject to different return conditions
- For damaged or defective items, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery
